TXI’s patented Recycling Pans manage this challenge when concrete is being placed by collecting all concrete waste, residue, and contaminants at the job site in a single location and providing a way to get it off the worksite quickly and efficiently. TXI utilizes the recycling pans not only in our own Ready Mix operations, but also through TXI’s Mobile Services. TXI’s concrete recycling pans are leased to a wide array of customer across North Texas construction project sites. By utilizing these concrete recycling pans, general contractors and sub-contractors can transform an ineffective construction waste management operation to an exemplary construction recycling waste program that conserves and protects any natural resources within concrete construction sites.
After recycling containers capture all concrete residue and debris, TXI’s Mobile Services collects and transports the full pans to a concrete recycling facility where the construction waste is converted into crushed aggregate that later can be utilize as aggregate backfill, granular road base, or as supplementary aggregate in some concrete mixes.
